Hialeah Auto Care Center

From the minute I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. Chris, my service handler, was kind, warm, professional, efficient, and taught me a lot about my own car. I was offered a complimentary snack, water, and soft drink from their lobby snack area. The guys in the back loved my yellow rain boots, yellow rain jacket, colorful head wrap, and the snacks I brought them from the Miami Bread man. Their prices were fair and excellent.

So let’s begin. Customer service 5.0. Engine serviced 5.0. Speed of Service 5.0. My Impala is putting out just over 300hp. I’d like to thank the staff and Mechs’ for helping me out. Great job my peeps. I now have a safe and trusted place for future repairs.

I am usually very skeptical whenever having to deal with mechanics or auto repair shops. Hialeah Auto Center is the best auto care experience of my adult life. Professional, communicative, fair prices and simply know how to get the job done. I’ve have quite a bit of work done on multiple cars in the last couple of years and they just don’t disappoint. Whether standard or premium (German) vehicles, they pretty much cover it all! Special shout out to Fabien who was my guy for years and now Christian who is the man!! Great work!!! Highly recommend HAC!!!

I had a great experience with Hialeah Auto Care Center. Lazaro assisted me throughout the entire process, and his customer service was outstanding. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I always knew what was being done to my vehicle. I also wasn’t able to pick up my car right away, and they were very accommodating by keeping it safely overnight for a few days. I truly appreciated their professionalism, communication, and excellent service. I highly recommend them!

I recently took my car to this mechanic shop this past Saturday. My husband dropped it off first thing in the morning, and we picked it up right at closing time. We had a couple of services done to the car, and overall, the team was very professional. I really appreciated that they performed a full diagnostic to ensure the car was running well. That level of thoroughness gave me peace of mind. A few days later, we did run into some issues, but Danny followed through and addressed the situation, which I respect. I also want to highlight the entire team, especially Danny and Emily at the front desk, they were exceptional, kind, and very helpful throughout the entire process, which made a big difference in our experience. However, there was one major issue that unfortunately caused me to lose some trust as a customer. We had two brand new tires installed in the front, and when I picked up the vehicle, I noticed a deep scratch on the rim. This wasn’t a minor scuff, it’s deep enough that you can catch your nail in it, and it’s clearly not something that can simply be buffed out. This most likely happened from the demounting bar that the technician uses to pry the tire against the rim
